  Step 1: Set up an MD Live account; and this only takes a few minutes.

  You can add your insurance information when you register to see if your visits are covered and what your copay is.

  Visit pricing is always straightforward, and MD Live accepts many insurance plans.

  Step 2: Request your visit.

  Most patients wait just a few minutes to talk to the next available provider, but if you prefer, you can schedule a visit for a specific time. Just answer some simple questions about your symptoms. Oh, you can even upload photos, especially for conditions like pink eye or a sore throat.

  Then select your preferred pharmacy, and finally, choose to connect with your doctor by video or phone.

  Step 3: Talk to your doctor.

  For phone visits your MD Live doctor will call you directly.

  For video visits just log in and launch a session from your device. Either way, your visit is secure and private.
